January 23 & 24, 2013: Two-Part Class (Must attend both sessions for certificate)
5:30-9:30 p.m. each day
This Homebuyer course is designed for first-time homebuyers who would like to learn the ins and outs of selecting and working with housing professionals: realtors, lenders, inspectors, title officers and insurance agents. You will learn how to check your credit, apply for a loan, qualify for grant programs and assess your financial and emotional readiness to buy.
As part of the class, a short counseling session will be provided for each household with follow-up counseling provided as needed
Registration must be made 3 days in advance of class. Subject to cancellation if insufficient registration.
